How Mountain Service Works

Built for second homes and the way the mountains actually work.

01

The fit

Mountain homes carry more than garages down-valley — ski and bike gear, seasonal kit, the overflow of a house used in bursts. We sort it, stage it, and finish the space so it's ready when you arrive and handled when you leave.

02

The scheduling

We run the high country in batched trips, a few dates each month. Reserve your slot with a $299 deposit ($499 in Aspen and Steamboat) and we confirm the exact date about a week out. Most mountain bookings land 2–6 weeks ahead.

03

The certainty

Same locked-maximum quote as everything we do. The number you see in the range becomes the most you pay. If the actual job comes in lower, you pay less.

Mountain FAQ

What second-home owners ask first.

Do you do in-home organizing too, or just garages?+

Both. Reset & Co. Home — organizing pantries, closets, kitchens, and whole houses — runs the same corridor, led by Katana. Mountain Home projects start with a paid in-person walkthrough ($750 standard, $2,000 in Aspen / Steamboat / Glenwood) that's 100% credited to your project. See the Mountain Home page for full packages and how the walkthrough works.

Do you really drive up from Denver?+

Yes. We batch trips so it's efficient — 2–4 jobs per visit — which is why scheduling lands in 2–6 week windows.

What about weather?+

If I-70 is closed or unsafe, we reschedule. No penalty to you. Safety first — for our crew and yours.

Can you store our stuff between trips?+

No. We're a reset service, not a storage company. We'll connect you with mountain storage partners if you need that.

Do you serve Crested Butte / Telluride / Durango?+

Not yet. Tell us where you are and we'll consider it as we expand.

Ready
