Home Organizing · Denver Metro

The pantry, closet, or kitchen
that finally holds.

Katana and team work one room at a time. Sort, source product, build the system, label it, walk you through how to keep it. Most single-space projects finish in one or two days. Pricing starts at $1,400.

Reset & Co. Home — finished mountain closet
The problem

You don't need another organizing video. You need someone to come do it.

You've watched the reels. You've bought the bins. You started one shelf, got interrupted, and the rest of the kitchen is now half-empty boxes on the counter.

The truth is that organizing a real, in-use pantry — or a closet that holds eight years of decisions you didn't make — takes longer than a Saturday and more product than the one bin set you ordered. It also takes someone who doesn't get tired and doesn't get sentimental about your stuff.

That's what Reset & Co. Home does. You point at the space. We finish it.

One room at a time. One system that holds.

The Reset & Co. Home labeling kit — Cricut, P-touch, kraft tags, twine, and the hand-sketched pantry labeling plan
The kit

Custom labels. Printed map. A system that holds.

Every Reset & Co. Home project ends with hand-tooled labels and a printed map of every shelf. So the household can put the cumin back without arguing about it. The system isn't a vibe — it's a document you keep.

Brother P-touch · Cricut Joy · kraft tags · jute twine · acid-free archival ink.

The honest version

What Reset & Co. Home is. And what it isn't.

We are:
  • A premium in-home organizing service in Denver Metro and the Colorado Mountain Corridor.
  • Run by Katana, who handles every Denver project personally with one assistant.
  • Built around finishing a space — product sourced, labels printed, system explained — not just tidying it.
  • A sibling service to Reset & Co. garage work, under the same Vaulti LLC umbrella.
We are not:
  • A discount package deal. Single-space projects start at $1,400. Whole-home projects start at $5,500.
  • A garage cleanout. If your garage needs sorting and hauling, that's a different service. See garage.
  • A general cleaning service. We don't scrub baseboards or do dishes. We sort, source, build systems, and label.

If you've been organizing in 20-minute bursts for two years and the kitchen still looks the same, Reset & Co. Home is the service that finishes it in two days.

Packages

Three packages. Flat project pricing.

Every package includes Katana on-site, product sourcing, custom labels, and a 30-minute handover walkthrough so the system actually holds after we leave. Hourly add-ons available if you want extra hands.

Package

The Single-Space Reset

$1,400–$2,200

One room: pantry, master closet, home office, or kitchen. Sort, edit, product source, build, label.

Best for: the space you've been meaning to fix for a year.

Most booked

The Multi-Room Reset

$2,800–$4,800

Two to four connected spaces. Pantry + kitchen + butler's pantry, or primary closet + bathroom + linen.

Best for: the floor or zone of the house where one room sets the standard for the rest.

Package

The Whole-Home Reset

$5,500–$9,500

Six-plus rooms over multiple days. Full systems pass with light styling included. One maintenance follow-up at week six.

Best for: a move-in, a major life shift, or a house that hasn't been reset since you bought it.

The instant quote

A real quote in 48 hours. From photos.

Most home organizers send a designer to your house for a free consult, then quote you days later. We skip the consult. You send photos and measurements. We send a written project quote, scoped and priced, within 48 hours.

01

Upload photos.

Five to ten phone shots: the full room, every shelf, every drawer that's part of the project, the inside of the space, and any zones you want untouched.

02

Tell us the scope.

Three quick questions: rooms, end-state, deadline.

03

See your written quote.

Flat package quote with a locked maximum. $99 holds your slot.

Locked maximum means what it sounds like. If we quote $3,200 and the actual project comes in at $2,700, you pay $2,700. If it comes in at $3,800, that's our problem to absorb — not your invoice to argue about.

The process

What happens from quote to finished space.

  1. Day 0
    Quote
Photos in. Written quote out within 48 hours. $99 deposit holds your project slot.
  2. Day 1–14
    Sourcing
Katana measures, sources product, builds the labeling map. Product arrives at our staging space, not yours.
  3. Project day(s)
    Build
One or two days on-site depending on package. Katana works the space. Decisions come to you only when needed.
  4. End of project
    Handover
30-minute walkthrough of the new system, printed labeling map, before/after photos sent. Final invoice matches the locked quote.

Also from Reset & Co.

Garage chaos that doesn't fit in the kitchen budget.

Reset & Co. Home and Reset & Co. garage are the same company, two services. If the kitchen is the priority but the garage is also a problem — book them together and we bundle the project schedule and pricing into one timeline. One deposit, one invoice, one less thing on your list.

What homeowners say

From the garage side of Reset & Co. — Home reviews coming as our first Denver projects close.

"We'd been stepping around boxes for two years. They showed up at 9 and we were parking in the garage by 4. No drama, no upsell pressure."

Sarah K., Highlands Ranch

"I'd called two junk removal companies. Both wanted to dump everything. Reset & Co. actually sorted, donated half of it, and left me with a system."

Mike T., Lone Tree

"Used them before a listing. Garage looked better than the kitchen by the time they were done."

Jenna R., Realtor, Castle Pines

FAQ

What homeowners ask first.

How is this different from The Home Edit or Neat Method?+

Reset & Co. Home is a smaller, owner-operated service. Katana runs every Denver project personally with one assistant. We don't franchise, we don't have a 'consultation phase' before quoting, and we don't sell custom-branded acrylic upcharges. Product is billed at retail plus 15% and we'll tell you what we're sourcing before we order it.

Who does the work?+

Katana, with one assistant on multi-room and whole-home projects. Not a rotating crew. Not a sub-contracted franchise team. The person on your project is the person who designed your project plan.

Do I have to be home?+

Only for the initial walkthrough on day one and the final handover. We don't need you hovering during the build — most clients leave for the day and come back to a finished space.

What if I don't like the system you build?+

Every project includes one round of free tweaks within 30 days. If the bin layout doesn't match how you actually use the space, we come back and adjust.

Do you take donations and trash away?+

Yes, included up to the package's haul allowance. Donations go to ARC Thrift or Goodwill on Colfax with receipts. Trash goes to the appropriate transfer station. Hazardous waste we'll flag for you to route to the Jefferson County or Denver HazMat days.
