Everything homeowners ask before booking.
If your question isn't here, text us. We'll add it.
Is the quote really instant?+
The range is. We use computer vision plus our actual job-cost database to read your photos and estimate scope. The written, locked quote follows within 60 minutes during business hours.
Do you really lock the price?+
Yes. If our instant range is $899–$1,099 and you book, your maximum is $1,099. If the actual job comes in at $950, you pay $950. If it comes in at $1,200, we eat the difference — that's our risk for using technology to quote, not yours.
What if you find more than the photos showed?+
That's why we walk through with you for 15 minutes before starting. If the scope is dramatically different, we'll show you exactly what changed and you can decide before any work starts. No surprise bills.
Do you take everything?+
Almost everything. Standard household, furniture, appliances, electronics, yard equipment, tires (small fee). We don't take hazardous waste (paint, oil, propane tanks, asbestos, biohazard). We'll tell you where to drop those.
What's the $99 deposit for?+
It holds your slot on the calendar and applies to your final invoice. Refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment. After that, it's non-refundable because we've turned away other jobs to hold your time.
Are you insured?+
Yes. General liability + commercial auto. Certificate of insurance available on request.
Do you service the mountain corridor?+
Yes — we now run the full Colorado high country: Vail Valley, Summit County, Winter Park / Grand County, Roaring Fork / Aspen, and Steamboat. Mountain pricing starts at $1,099; Aspen and Steamboat run on a premium tier starting at $1,599. Deposits are $299 (or $499 in the premium markets). We batch trips 2–4 dates per month and confirm your exact date 7 days out. See the /mountain-corridor page for full pricing.
Can I get a cash discount?+
No. We thought about it and decided against it. Same price for everyone keeps things simple and the work consistent.
